What's the Number One Rule for a Flat Stomach?
LOVE YOURSELF
In these diet and exercise workouts do the following NOW:
Tell your body you love it "I love you body"
Find three things about your body which you can admire.
Ex: I like how my clothes drape my body. I like my eyelashes. I like the shape of my feet.
You can do this while standing in line, getting dressed, eating, not eating, hiking, reading- anytime!
This is the Love Yourself Diet and Exercise Workout and it is 100% guaranteed to work. No matter what shape or blob or stick you think you are Loving Yourself is the way to a great figure. In my experience the more you love yourself the less you have to work out to maintain body image. The more you fear yourself, however, increases the amount of time spent at the gym with little results.
The Diet:
Look in the mirror. You might be getting ready to go out, brushing your teeth, fixing your hair, washing your hands.
You always notice something about you that you don't like- some flaw that no one else can see yet you insist is there.
This is the get off hate diet. Stop eating that hate. Stop believing in the hate of yourself.
A good friend once told me "You always think you are fatter than you are".
Say "That part of my body is me, it makes me who I am and I love [it] for that, I love [that part] of my body"
This time when you happen to look in the mirror find something about the you in the mirror which you admire, find three things. Then look at that spot that always upsets you because it exists. Say to that part of your body "You know hating you hasn't made you go away and no matter how much I hate you you are with me, so today I will not mind your presence here and tomorrow I might like you because you make me who I am"
The next time you see that hate spot you might feel inclined to say "You know what I don't actually hate you I hated the fact that I couldn't change seeing you in the mirror, but now I am okay with you"
And eventually, "I love this part about me!" Because you will now have a history with your body and you will enjoy your body as a reminder of how far you have come from fearing/ hating your body to not identifying with it-(What is this thing I walk around in?) to loving it as a unit- You and Your Body- glued together with Love.
The Weights:
