Sometimes you think people can't change. They are so surrounded by fear that they will never step forward and the accept the love so clearly in front of them. But then something like what happened tonight happens and you believe why you are here is to love, and what you are is a vessel of love.
Some love is never spoken. Yet, after only two short weeks, Beautiful Gem told- in her own way- the person she liked how she liked them. It was important that this be spoken so that he may know, but more important was her agency.
She stepped forward like a cat into the rain, yet she was a flower moving towards her sun and no fear shone between her full smile. It was a statement to herself. That she CAN go grab the world and be loved.
No matter if he is not ready for her love. Now she knows she is ready for her love. She has broken her eggshell, and begun to see the love around her and within herself.
