Battle

Dear Jupiter, rhymer of winds across all longitudes and nations.
Fill me with courage to listen to the rhyming of the season, the reason behind the action. The hidden behind the pride.

Is love too fast? Is love too quick?

Love is a thin sword that cuts and carves away all fear, brutally leaving you bare of your shield for all the world to see.

But the world is just you, just me.
And we don't intend to hurt each other.

But love, love claims such a self importance that it would make you let lose your grip on sanity, on life in order to hear its words, to see its sights, and witness its dawns and sunsets.

Love is so powerful it would rip you from social normality and plunge you into many weekends of spontaneity and rapid heart beats.

Love is the only adventure.

Fear is the only past. Fear of the unknown, of the future is a memory of a fear of abandonment, an absence of love.

Anything that is pain- that is not love, anything that is not happiness- that is not love.

The only way to live is with love, keep your head in your hand, and your heart on your sleeve.

I embrace all my fears, I personify them, and hug them, and thank them for telling me they were afraid. Then I let them go. They are children, I let them go to sleep. I take care of my thoughts as I would care for my mother if she were on her death bed. Lullaby's replace my fears.

Oh, honey put the bottle down, 'cause you don't want to miss love.

Lesson 14: Love is the only way to live.
