body to mind or

mind to body, which controls what, the body gives the mind the pain, the mind can cure it

poetry is leads to connection with my feelings. here goes stream thought

in the center of the universe
let's call it uncle A
is the beginnig and end point of a letter
now, this Amazing letter
produced a sound
and that is how it was first read
dear beloved,
not by people and pictures turned into words
but by the letters themselves teaching us how to read themselves
but the comprehension came from within the reader
who was also the center of the universe
you see in the center of the universe
everything is the center of the universe

what if our body was our teacher, and if we respected it and valued it the way we do our greatest teachers , then we listened to it,
what then?
well, i think the great love for our bodies would explode into a vast ocean from a trickling stream. once you love your body, you are limitless, because then you acknowlege a fine balance and equality between thoughts , body and action.
what would you feed your repected teach body? would you starve or force feed it? how would you make it know you love it?
you weigh the same after you die as when you are alive, therefore u, the ego, thoughts, the inside where we feel pain and joy, is not measurable, containable or cuttable, yet it is understood, conjectured ideas and godly notions, yet without a body to see or hear or feel or smell or taste these notions, the idea is incomprehensible and thus "falls on deaf ears"
so it was in the beginning, it is now, and forever more,
i mean how do you understand that?
you experience it, through thought and body.

it is your body which influences u to read, perhaps, for the sensations it brings you when you are reading.
you use your eyes or your eyes let you use them
and the trade off is a great enjoyment
unless you are bored with the reading
